Quick fixes
- The keyboard tools do nothing Turn on Allow Full Access: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → TextAI.
- TextAI is missing from the keyboard list Open the app once after installing, then add it again.
- I paid but still see the paywall Tap Restore on the paywall, signed in with the same Apple ID.
- How do I cancel? Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TextAI → Cancel Subscription.
